Our first check is simple: that you have enough income and cash on hand to rent-to-own one of our homes, so you can start viewing what's available. Once you've seen a home you like, you'll complete a more detailed rental application covering everyone who'll live there.
People with bad credit, no credit, limited income history, and all kinds of financial situations have leased and bought their home through us. We'll speak with your references and previous landlords, because relationships matter to us more than a score assigned by a computer.
