Why we do this

For the last several years, banks have been tight on their lending criteria. Plenty of hardworking people, with steady income and every intention of paying, get turned away because of a credit score, a thin credit file, or income that's hard to document the bank's way.

Rent-to-own changes the order of things. Instead of waiting years to qualify before you can move, you move in now and build toward qualifying while you live in the home. You get the stability of a place that's yours to make your own, and the time to get your credit and income where they need to be.

Relationships over scores

We specialize in helping future homeowners earn the satisfaction of owning. People with bad credit, no credit, limited income history, and all kinds of situations have leased and purchased their home through us. When we get to know you, we talk with your references and your previous landlords. A score from a computer doesn't tell us who you are, and we'd rather hear it from the people who know.

What we do

Then we match them with people who are ready to live there now and own there soon. You get a three-year lease with no rent increases, the right to buy at a set price, and a lease-option deposit that goes toward your purchase.
